Adds clear upload error states in the dashboard converter. Users now see friendly messages for unsupported file types, oversized files, and storage failures (CONV-080).

• New Features
  • Map UnsupportedFileFormatException and FileStorageException to readable messages and return users to the upload step.
  • Add a custom max-size validation message using UploadedFileRules::MAX_FILE_KILOBYTES.
  • Render $uploadError in the upload view so errors are visible under the input.
  • Add a feature test for unsupported formats to confirm the error and step reset.
