Announce deprecation

I've created a new package for Lighthouse auditing in Cypress that's compatible with the latest Cypress and Lighthouse versions: https://github.com/TrevorBurnham/cypress-lighthouse-plugin If this package is no longer maintained, it'd be helpful to add a notice to the README that points to my package as an alternative for some users.
