Crash on a new multiplayer window

So this happened every time when I open the new multiplayer window on Pokemon Fire Red and then loaded the save, it just crashes both windows 
I used the load alternate save
CPU: Intel Core I5 13400f
GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060 TI
RAM: 16 GB
