When uploading blobs with AzCopy please show progress for every file!

Scenario: I started uploading multiple video files with AzCopy and now it's stuck at 10%. So I don't know weather it's doing something or just stopped!

Now, if I restart, would it continue or start over?

@alvipeo AzCopy doesn't give us that fine-grained info, so we are unable to show the progress of each file at this time.
