Status strings for empty data tables are not localized

Steps to reproduce:

1. Run the command 'StorageExplorer.exe --lang=zh-CN' to launch storage explorer.
2. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
3. Create a new blob container -> Check the notification message on the left corner of the editor.

Expect Experience:
The notification message is localized.

Actual Experience:
The notification message is not localized.

More Info:

1. This issue doesn't reproduce for one blob container which contains blobs.
   
2. This issue also reproduces for one empty file share / table.
3. This issue doesn't reproduce for one empty queue.

Ooh, that's weird. The correct string is being used. Queues set the information slightly differently using a footer callback instead of the language.info option. Might be a bug in the datatables package, but we're also using an old version.

Hello @craxal, does it mean the issue string 'show 0 to 0 of 0 entries' is not from the Storage Explorer project code base itself?
