External contractor unable to access blob and upload files

Hi,
My colleague Chris created the blob, policy, and SAS as per requirements.

Everything was originally created beg-April 2026.

The contractor provided the outgoing IP address which was entered by Chris under Networking.

We eventually created a new policy and SAS to no avail.

Several IT tickets did not bring any result.

Is this possibly in connection with the Azure update?

Our IT Dpt. has acted on numerous tickets rather poorly.
