Bug Description

Only 5000 blobs are loaded when opening a blob container that contains 10000+ blobs despite setting the 'Load Batch Size' to 10,000.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Launch Storage Explorer -> Go to 'Settings' -> Set the setting 'Load Batch Size' to '10000'.
2. Expand one storage account -> Blob Containers.
3. Create a blob container -> Upload 10000+ files.
4. Close the blob container tab -> Reopen the blob container.
5. Check whether 10000 blobs are loaded.

Actual Experience

Only 5000 blobs are loaded.

Expected Experience

10000 blobs are loaded.

Additional Context

This issue doesn't reproduce for file shares.
