Describe the bug

For unknown reasons, the core/package-lock.json has the @babel/helper-split-export-declaration package pointing to @babel/helper-hoist-variables instead.

Expected behavior

Every entry in the package-lock.json should be pointing to their corresponding package on NPMJS.
