SPARROW-Studio is not launching yet. Remove the SPARROW Studio section, table rows, and summary sentence from README, megadetector.md, and docs/index.md.

Here, I would still keep sparrow studio as an option, just leave out the repo link is good enough. We do want people to download it. Same for all other repos
Keep SPARROW Studio as a listed option with download link but remove the github.com/microsoft/SPARROW-Studio hyperlink across all three files.
