Python: [Feature]: GPT-5 verbosity options

Description

The OpenAI responses and completions APIs for GPT-5 family models support verbosity configuration for model outputs. The option is shown at https://developers.openai.com/cookbook/examples/gpt-5/gpt-5_new_params_and_tools#1-verbosity-parameter

I would like to have verbosity as a typed field in the OpenAIChatOptions so that this field can be set in the same way as the 'reasoning' options.
