Change to align samples with contribution points in documentation. The idea is to have customers look at the contribution point here (see doc) and then able to see the example in code. This will also add the experience to the extension that customers can install and see in action. Matching that of the older Contributions Guide extension.
In this PR, I created a sample for backlog-item-menu. Making the folder and file names match that contribution point.
This is the start of adding samples for all contribution points.
