Purpose

• This pull request updates the infrastructure deployment templates to improve regional support and ensure compatibility with the latest Azure resource provider APIs. The most significant changes are the addition of allowed Azure regions for AI Services deployments and the upgrade of resource deployment API versions throughout the templates.

Regional support improvements:

• Added a list of allowed Azure regions for the AI Services deployment location parameter in both the main.bicep and main.json templates, ensuring only supported regions can be selected. [1] [2]

Azure resource provider API upgrades:

Template generator and metadata updates:

• Updated references to the new API version for outputs and secure value retrieval, such as primarySharedKey and resource IDs, to ensure correct operation with the updated APIs. [1] [2]

Minor resource dependency ordering:

• Fixed the ordering of DNS zone dependencies in the resource list to ensure correct deployment sequencing.
