## Describe your changes We already already done some `0.7.x` releases so, updating the dev version to `0.8.0.dev0`. This way it's ahead of the official releases and we can differentiate dev builds from official releases. For fix one of the build issue in the Android pipeline. This PR can't fix all the issues. More changes wil
l be needed.
