old framework retry history cannot be shown after upgrading to v1.2.0 #4930
Description
Previous framework retry history is stored in the fc_objectsnapshots table. In v1.2.0, framework retry history is stored in a different table framework_history. Thus, old framework retry history cannot be shown after upgrading from v1.0.x or v1.1.x to v1.2.0. The old data is not deleted but remains in database.
