[Bug]: Dashboard interactive clicks fail with remote browsers and screencast freezes

Bug 1: Interactive clicks don't work with remote browsers

Dashboard interactive clicks go to (0,0) instead of intended coordinates when using connectOverCDP(), Android, or iOS remote debugging.

Bug 2: Screencast freezes on frame acknowledgment failures

Dashboard video feed freezes permanently when frame acknowledgments fail (network timeout, connection issues) with no error messages or recovery.
