Assess and add missing telemetry fields

Problem Description

Migration from AI to 1DS mostly kept the fields implemented two years ago. However, recent work like Fabric and init-windows in the CLI are yet to be captured by telemetry.

What we need to do?

1. Work on our OKRs, to define measures.
2. Identify recently introduced features (from 2022 to date).
3. Add relevant telemetry fields based on 2).
4. Implement changes.
