Does not open a new vscode instance when typespec project is created

Repro:

Scenario #1 Install the extension

Search for TypeSpec Extension for VS Code. Follow the guidance to install the extension.

Scenario #2 Create a TypeSpec project

2.1 Within VS Code, create a TypeSpec project.

Expected:
open a new vscode instance when typespec project is created

Could you provide more detail? I think now "Create TypeSpec Project" will prompt to let you choose to add created project to existing workspace or open in a new window. Do you mean you didn't see the prompt? thx

After the project is created, vscode only shows the notification about the project is created. doesn't show anything more, nothing happened. Thus, I can't provide more details

Could you send me a screenshot of the notification? is the new project folder already opened in the vscode? If the new project folder already opened, then we won't provide more choice about how to open it. otherwise it will have buttons like below:
