View variable values in hexadecimal format in debug mode

Is needed switch for dec / hex number formatting during debugging for global variables inspection or at least in watch preview.

VS Code doesn't provide us the ability to give you this functionality. The closest you could come is opening up the debug console and using Python's hex() function to convert values as you're debugging.
