Please add the option to hide the "Run Python File in Terminal" button provided by the Python extension. I have installed Code Runner as it provides a similar capability for many languages and I now have two such buttons in the tab group whenever I have a Python file open (see the screenshot below).
Having the Python extension's button shown by default makes perfect sense but I would greatly appreciate a way to disable it.
