Add command and shortcut to visit all hunks of inline chat

• open inline chat
• have it make multiple hunks (hint: ask it to use a util that needs to be imported)
• there is no gesture to visit all hunks except for accepting/discarding them...

This can also help with accessibility when using the live move

To verify

• let inline chat make multiple changes, e.g ask it to import a util or let is change the label of two actions
• make sure the inline chat status says "N changes" (n>=2)
• select F7 and Shift+F7 to navigate between the changes
