Similar to #3321, I'm working on the next version of
windows-bindgenand one of the things it does is to streamline the generation of implementation traits so that there's no need to generate the implementation traits separately. I'm fixing it here in the current version to simplify diff validation of the next version ofwindows-bindgen.
