This PR performs the weekly sync update to the Microsoft Graph permissions mapping data in permissions/new/permissions.json.
Changes:
- Removes permission path entries related to
distributionlistmembersunder/me/distributionlists/{id}and/users/{id}/distributionlists/{id}. - Adds the
/identityProtection/agentRiskDetections/submitPOST path underIdentityRiskEvent.ReadWrite.All(Application).
