Test on another user w/ bash, follow steps and hopefully have a make command that gets the user mostly there, with maybe a last step to copy paste into the rc file being output to the user

this may be an upstream velero completion issue or the tooling itself. not sure.

DOD: pull up a vm of fedora. install bash, zsh, fish shell's should work on all three. paste in the issue.
* make sure it works on a mac.. clean install .
