Bug fixes

Removed Typeplate styles. Was causing issues with newer versions of LESS and since it is no longer being ported or maintained in a .less flavor I took it out. Was overkill anyways...

Added image attribution for post and page feature images.
Added a 404 page to get you started with customizing.
