This change makes SLSA v1 the default for provenance attestations when used without an explicit
versionattribute. The parser now defaults toversion=v1instead ofv0.2, and related tests were updated to validate native SLSA v1 output as the default behavior. Documentation was updated as well. Build history provenance now also defaults to SLSAv1, andBUILDKIT_HISTORY_PROVENANCE_V1has been removed.
