mountinfo: add support for listmount(2) / statmount(2)

These new syscalls are available since Linux 6.8, and AFACS make it possible to avoid parsing /proc/mountinfo, which would be a great improvement.

The documentation for these are still being worked on (the last iteration of patch set to man-pages is here).
