intrinisic copy regression test should include an example with an overlapping region

This should apply to both the main test, and the volatile atomic test.

A test with overlapping regions was included in #1199. The volatile version of the copy intrinsic is not implemented at the moment (see #1081), but we will make sure it includes a similar test when it's implemented.
