Documentation review

We need to conduct a review of our documentation and ensure the following:

1. Our quick start samples are approachable, accurate, and consistent with other platform SDK quick starts
2. The .NET platform-specific docs and samples are accurate and any missing topics are logged as issues for follow-up
3. The docs are easily discoverable from https://modelcontextprotocol.io, this repository's README, and the NuGet packages
4. @gewarren Writing style matches standards
5. @gewarren Overall documentation navigation is intuitive
