docs(site): add SenseVoice TensorRT deployment

Summary

• add a bilingual production-verified SenseVoice TensorRT / Triton deployment contract to the FunASR deployment center
• provide pinned source checkout, unquantized ONNX export, tokenizer integrity verification, FP16 engine build, Triton launch, health checks, and a real-audio smoke test
• publish qualified H100 build/parity evidence without presenting correctness probes as general throughput claims
• add registry and mobile/desktop Playwright contracts for the new routes

User impact

Users can now discover and execute the merged native TensorRT path from /deploy/sensevoice-tensorrt.html and /en/deploy/sensevoice-tensorrt.html, with explicit portability, security, operations, and troubleshooting boundaries.
