Stub regeneration is now handled by the auto-api-docs-writer agentic workflow in mono/SkiaSharp, which runs on Windows and also fills in 'To be added.' placeholders with AI-generated documentation. See: mono/SkiaSharp#3918 Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
