#HOW TO USE
simply place the .jar file into your plugins server folder and voila!!! all Basic arrows shot on the server will explode on contact.

im gonna create a whole new itemstack called the exploding arrow soon too!!!.
it'll be similar to the one in rlCRAFT, but it'll also come in variants!!!.
