How to compile msgpack-c on linux to use with mingw to cross compile apps for windows

I am working on a project and need to msgunpack-c but need to compile it on linux to use with mingw to cross compile apps for windows.

I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Hi there, this is what i do for mruby, you could adopt that for mingw, or x64 to arm compilation:
