Review the language we use when referring to various configs

We have been working on multiple configuration related issues. As a result, we currently have all those configs:

• ponder merged config
• plugin config (which is also ponder config)
• application config (which is referred to as config)

The goal is to precisely communicate which configuration entities we use in ENSIndexer application.

Thanks for recording this. Yes, ideally we can be more explicit and precise in describing the differences between these config-related ideas.
