Updates the repository’s Nanvix SDK pin to the verified v0.23.16-sdk.1 release, keeping the Nanvix manifest and lockfile in sync for reproducible builds.
Changes:
- Bump
.nanvix/nanvix.tomlto Nanvix0.23.16and SDKv0.23.16-sdk.1(including the new SDK image digest). - Regenerate
.nanvix/nanvix.lockto reflect the updated SDK, Nanvix commit/tag, toolchain LLVM commit, and updated dependency release IDs/asset URLs.
