Context

We need to configure our docker registry for use GitHub Package Registry.

@needlehack-team/needlehack GitHub Package is in beta phase and we need to subscribe us to the waitlist and wait the access to use it. I think we should use Docker Hub, at least while GitHub Packages be not in a stable version.
