Ckb Indexer not running, Syncing issue

Neuron is not syncing.....again. ckb-indexer is not running.
I just installed neuron last night, after 2hrs of major headaches I finally got the node to start syncing. This morning it was fully synced
I closed it out and restarted it again a few hours later. Now it will not sync,
running windows 10,
If anyone can help that would be appreciated, really dislike mining to exchanges.

I tried the following with no luck. Also I followed this thread to get the chain to sync initially.

The error message repeating in logs

function call error: Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:8114, retry 2

means the ckb node(which runs on port 8114) is not working as expected.

Please attach the bundled-ckb.log in exported debug info so we can see what's going on with the node.

I found if I switch between the default and mainnet node local host I can get it to start. But would be good to find out whats going on. I have included the bundled log

CKB node is not started on neuron's launch is a known issue and we are still analyzing the reason. But it's quite annoying for users so we introduce a retry mechanism to restart the node in the next version that it won't bother you anymore #2422

We will keep trying to fix it to make neuron start smoothly.
