The CI's Publish Release Binaries workflow reads release notes from
RELEASE_NOTES.md, notDirectory.Build.props. This file still had beta.5 notes, so the GitHub Release page showed stale content.Fix: add the 0.24.0-beta.6 release notes block so the GitHub Release page is correct.
This is a standalone PR since the release PR (#1433) already merged.
