This PR contains the following changes in the eBPF installation docs:
-Added new configs for log reporting, JVM metrics reporting and thrift support
-Updated the min kernel version to 5.8
-Added support for Amazon Linux 2 and 2023
-Added MSSQL and DynamoDB support in linux
