Steps to reproduce

1. Tap a text file (.txt) that has not been downloaded
2. Wait, and crash

Expected behaviour

• Tell us what should happen
  Text file should download and display on the screen

Actual behaviour

• Tell us what happens
  Error log appears. Text file has actually been downloaded and after restarting Nextcloud on the Android device will open as expected with a single tap.

Hi @kellnerp can you post a log and/or give the recent RC1 a test drive (jusdt pushed to Goole Play). I can only guess this is related to self-signed SSL certificates.

I think it took some time for the update to get settled. Today I used it and there was no problem opening text files that hadn't been downloaded. It seemed to improve after FDroid did an update.
