Instrumentation tests for DocumentsProvider

I managed to get the ACTION_OPEN_DOCUMENT_TREE Uri permission programmatically via UiAutomation and started to write tests. Have already found some new issues in the process.

No, but you can get inspired by all the instrumentation tests we already have.
