New rows are not added when a very short window is resized vertically

Bug report

Steps to reproduce

1. Make your browser window super short 1-2 rows max
2. Refresh (F5)
3. Now make the window tall. (Double-click on the top border on Windows)

Expected behaviour

New rows should be loaded

Actual behaviour

You'll see what's been loaded initially, maybe 4-5 rows and you won't get any new rows until you either leave the album, refresh the window or resize the window's width

This seems to have been fixed in Nextcloud 13 (probably in #336 / #366).
