While working on Emoji support for Android, I've noticed quite a lot of issues and differences between platforms and how they both handle and render emojis.
So I'd like to propose that we standardize on using Twemoji which supports all of Unicode 11 + some more, and is VERY quick to adopt new Unicode emoji standards.
Poking @schiessle for licence stuff, but I think we should be fine.
