NC14 - Video doesn't play but download instead

Steps to reproduce

1. A fresh install on CentOS 7
2. Click to play a video (.mp4), the file is downloaded when I click on his name.

Expected behaviour

Expect to stream the video in Nextcloud instead of downloading

Actual behaviour

The file is downloading

Server configuration

Operating system:
CentOS 7

Web server:
apache httpd-2.2.15-69.el6.centos.x86_64

Database:
mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.1.73, for redhat-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.1

PHP version:
7.1.22

Nextcloud version: (see Nextcloud admin page)

Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install:
Fresh install

Console log :

Resource interpreted as Document but transferred with MIME type video/mp4: "http://domain/files/remote.php/webdav/Nextcloud.mp4".
