Problems with filenames containing percentage symbol

Steps to reproduce

1. Upload file whose filename contains percentage symbol (%)
2. reload page or navigate one direcory up and then down again
3. directory listing lasts forever, files aren't shown

Expected behaviour

show all files in the directory

Actual behaviour

frontend can't show the files in the directory
