Update 14.0.1 to 14.0.3: write permission error

please see my Screenshot. I don´t have more information except this happens for the first time and previous updates were running smoothly.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #11784 (14.0.3), #4855 (Updating to 11.0.3 messed up everything), #4504 (Update to 11.0.3 failed), #11827 (Update from 14.0.1 to 14.0.3 fails), and #3242 (Upgrade from 10.0.3 to 11.0.1 fails with database error).

(chown -R www-data:www-data on the whole nextcloud directory could help however this command depends on your OS setup)
