Upload not working in link shared folders

Steps to reproduce

1. Create Share with upload and edit rights
   

2. Try to upload a file - after selecting a file the dialogue disappears and nothing happens

3. if I change the rights to upload only the upload works flawlessly

Expected behaviour

The upload should work

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens after selecting the file to upload on two different instances with same configuration

Server configuration
Operating system: Debian 9
Web server: Apache/2.4.25 (Debian)
Database: MariaDB version 10.3.15
PHP version: 7.3
Nextcloud version: 16.0.0.9
Updated from an older Nextcloud/ownCloud or fresh install: Updated.
Where did you install Nextcloud from: The Nextcloud site.
Are you using external storage, if yes which one: No.
Are you using encryption: No.
Are you using an external user-backend, if yes which one: No.

Sounds like #14986 but can't say for sure without browser log.

Fixes #15432 are working perfectly!
