Activity item about calendar events should include date and time

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new event in a calendar/shared calendar
2. Open the Activity Stream

Expected behaviour

Date and time of the created event should be included in the Activity stream item

Actual behaviour

Date and time of the created event are missing in the Activity stream item

Though this issue is already 18 months old on its own:
About a year earlier, I had opened a similar (but mode general) issue in #11659.
And roughly a year later, another issues has been created at #23443.

All three share a common theme: the details provided in the activity stream in relation to added / modified events are too few to be helpful.
