New updater fails due to workflowengine

Steps to reproduce

1. Start the update (from 10.0.1 to 10.0.2) from admin area in web interface
2. Select to not use the occ script

Expected behaviour

Update should finish without errors

Actual behaviour

Update fails with "workflowengine: Failed to enable app workflowengine"

On the command line with occ the update finishes at least but has the same error as output.

Same error occurs when updating from NC 11.0 to 11.0.1.
That means it was not possible to update with the web-updater. Only on commandline with "occ upgrade" it works.

This happens when the update was already done before, but then a backup was restored without clearing the database. Therefor the database is in an inconsistent state, where it thinks the app is not enabled, but the database tables already exist.

If that is what you did, you can replace lib/private/Installer.php:

with:

OC_DB::updateDbFromStructure("$appPath/appinfo/database.xml");

Having a similar issue but I'm not quite experienced enough with PHP to understand your instructions @nickvergessen am I just replacing that quoted bit of text with the second bit of text?

EDIT: Ah yes, that works. Excellent. Now I'm getting constant warnings about my integrity check not passing though :(

Updating to 14.04 though. Maybe that will fix it?

EDITEDIT:
Well the updater to 14.04 failed and it's unresponsive when I try to retry it. I'm going to try it via the cli occ command, and I'm also going to see if I can fix the integrity check manually. It seems to have something to do with my hash being incorrect in my htaccess file? IDK what that means or how to fix it but maybe I can find something.

EDITx3: I have fixed the update but it still tells me in the settings that it is on version 14.03 and needs to update, but when I try to update it tells me that it is the most current version. It also still fails the integrity check. I am going to try to fix that and hopefully it works
