[Bug]: NC25 Web updater should use primary button

Bug description

Web updater should use primary button to "Continue to Nextcloud"

Steps to reproduce

1. Check for a update in admin settings and start upgrading (in my case NC25 beta 4 to beta 6)
2. Finish the process of updating through the web updater
3. Look for a button to continue

Expected behavior

Primary action is easily recognizable as a button
