Less confusing unified search folder picker

Bug description

Steps to reproduce

1. Click to "unified search"
2. Click in places > choose "in folder"
3. Dialog heading asks for plain text files. (no translation and confusing at best)
4. Empty content says 'upload content or sync with your device' - which is not relevant to search either.
5. New button on top allows to create a new folder to then search.

Expected behavior

• A translated string of 'Select folder to search in' or the like to clearly indicate what this dialog is for.
• Empty content stating This folder has no subfolders or so.
• No new button.

This issue was previously about the dialog showing an empty file list. Which indicates how confusing the ui currently is.

1. Click to "unified search"
2. Click in places > choose "in folder"
3. Select a folder where are some files available
4. “No files in here” will be shown even though there are files in the folder

Expected behavior

Whole folder content have to be shown

I think this is a confusion. The dialogue that shows no files is for selecting the folder to search in. It only shows folders not files.

One thing that makes this confusing is the heading of the file picker: Pick plain text files. This should read Pick folder to search in or so.

Isn't this rather a bug than a feature request? For what I can say the labels are clearly wrong in this context.
